In summer, numerous hiking trails attract both families and ambitious mountain enthusiasts. The Brixental is known for its MTB trails and for its easy bike paths in the valley.

In winter you can expect the finest slope fun in the ski area KITZSKI or in the SKIWEL. 150 meters from the apartment you have the cross-country ski trails and numerous winter hiking trails. The toboggan run on the Gaisberg is only a few hundred meters away.

Summer when you feel like culture or shopping, world-famous destinations such as the Krimml Waterfalls, Swarovski Crystal Worlds, the picturesque Kufstein, the sports city of Innsbruck or the Mozart city of Salzburg - just to name a few. There are plenty of sights and highlights to discover throughout the region.
